A block, Savada and Belleville - prestigious locations in New Belgrade
A block, Savada and Bellville are newly built luxury neighborhoods in New Belgrade. They are located near the Delta City shopping center, the West 65 neighborhood and the Airport City business complex. At 10 minutes on foot there is the Sava river with numerous rafts converted into cafes and restaurants. From there, you can use the famous yellow and blue boats to reach Ada Ciganlija in just 5 minutes.
A block & Savada
A block and Savada are settlements that were created in 2015 and were built until the beginning of 2020, when the fourth phase of the A block settlement was completed. They are located right next to each other and connect to the Belleville settlement, thus forming a single unit of luxurious, modern facilities.
The settlements are surrounded by modern green areas that are maintained daily by a private company.
And if there are not many free surface parking spaces, which is certainly a disadvantage in these neighborhoods, there is an underground garage with security under each building. In the third phase of the A block, there is an underground garage where you can park your vehicle for a fee, and there is also an outdoor parking lot with security, which is also available for rent.
As befits modern neighborhoods in Block A and Savada, there are a large number of shops, cafes and top restaurants that complete the feeling of a luxurious environment.
Belleville & Delta City
Belleville is a luxury settlement created for the needs of the Summer Universiade in 2009. It consists of fourteen residential buildings with almost 2000 apartments and two office buildings. In the settlement there are a large number of shops of various purposes, as well as parks for children, a running track and the Delta City shopping center.
As part of the Belleville Settlement, there is also the first large shopping center in New Belgrade, Delta City, with a large number of stores of the best world brands, as well as a large number of cafes and restaurants. Although it was built as part of the Belvil Delta City settlement, it is located only 200 meters from the A block settlement and Savada.
